Why coffee needs careful packaging
Roasted coffee is one of the most demanding products to pack correctly.
After roasting, coffee releases CO2 continuously which is why it needs to be packed into bags with a one-way degassing valve. The one-way valve ensures that oxygen doesn't penetrate the package as it would oxidize the coffee if it did. Ground coffee is dense and settles unevenly. Imprecise filling produces inconsistent fill heights or base clumping. We dose accurately with consistent fill weights across every unit.

Process
How it works
Send us your bulk coffee and your packaging. We check the coffee on arrival, fill and seal to your spec, batch-code or label if you need it, and return the finished units to your warehouse, your stores, or your customers, tracking included. Most runs are done in days.
Because you supply both the coffee and the packaging, you keep full control of the roast profile, the origin story, and the margin. We stay focused on the filling.
