Why snacks need careful packaging
Snacks are more delicate than they look. Oxygen turns unsaturated fats rancid, and humidity softens crunch permanently. The fix is nitrogen flushing before sealing, which displaces the oxygen and also cushions fragile items from impact during transit. Fragile snacks also need gentle filling, so we calibrate feed rates and drop heights to keep them intact.

Process
How it works
Send us your bulk snacks and your packaging. We check the product on arrival, fill and seal to your spec with nitrogen flush if required, batch-code or label if you need it, and return the finished units to your warehouse, your stores, or your customers, tracking included. Most runs are done in days.
Because you supply both the snack and the packaging, you keep full control of the recipe, the ingredients, and the margin. We stay focused on the filling.

Our snacks co-packing starts with small batch runs from 100 units, so you can put real product in front of buyers before you scale. No one is turning you away for ordering 300 packs of a new flavour. When a format works and volume grows, we grow the run with you.

We run a food-safe operation under EU hygiene standards, with allergen-aware cleaning protocols between product changeovers, since nuts and seeds are common allergens. Doypacked also holds Certisys organic certification if your product needs the organic claim to carry through the fill.
