If a fill is off-spec or a capsule count is wrong, that is a label compliance issue, so we calibrate fill weights and capsule counts precisely and keep batch records for traceability. Supplement powders are also more environmentally sensitive than most dry foods: many actives are hygroscopic, light-sensitive, or oxidation-prone, so we fill in a controlled environment and can add desiccant inserts, opaque packaging, or nitrogen flushing as needed. We also follow strict cleaning and changeover protocols between different supplement products.
