Co-packing
Doypacked is, at heart, a co-packing company. Our specialty is turning 100 kg of matcha powder or any other dry foods into small doypacks of 30 or 50 grams.
Mixing & Blending
Whether you need powders, granules, or multi-component mixes combined into a consistent formulation, we ensure every batch is homogeneous before it hits the line. Each unit leaves with the same composition with no variation.
Nitrogen-flushing
For delicate products sensitive to oxygen, we offer nitrogen flushing (Modified Atmosphere Packaging). This process replaces the air inside the doypack with food-grade nitrogen, creating a protective cushion that prevents crushing and significantly slows down spoilage without the use of chemical preservatives.
Labeling
A great product deserves a great look. Our labeling services ensure that your branding is applied with perfect alignment every time. Whether it's decorative front labels or essential nutritional and barcode information on the back, we ensure your packaging meets all regulatory standards and aesthetic goals.
Vacuum-sealing
By removing oxygen from the packaging, we prevent oxidation and maintain the peak freshness, aroma, and flavor of your dry goods from the moment they are packed until they reach the consumer.
Blind Shipping
Need to protect your supply chain? Doypacked offers a blind-shipping service. We remove any trace of the original source from your packages, allowing you to ship directly from our facility to your customers with your own branding and paperwork.
Packaging formats we fill
We fill five primary formats. Each has different structural and barrier properties, and different use cases.

Doypacks
The doypack, or stand-up pouch, is our most-filled format. A self-standing pouch with a flat base, resealable zipper, and optional oxygen-barrier foil layer, doypacks work for almost any dry food from 30g samples to 1kg retail units. Doypack filling accounts for the majority of runs through our facility.

Stick packs
Stick pack filling is one of the fastest-growing formats we work with. A narrow single-serve sachet, stick packs are built for convenience: one clean dose per stick with no scoop or scale. They suit coffee, matcha, protein, collagen, and any powder product where a direct-to-consumer single-serve format adds value.

Gusseted bags
Side-gusseted bags hold more volume than a flat pouch and keep their shape under heavier products like coffee beans, nuts, seeds, and snacks. We fill gusseted bags in both kraft and foil-laminate materials, with resealable zipper options for products where freshness after opening matters.

Flat bottom bags
Flat bottom bags, also called quad seal bags or box pouches, stand upright on shelf with four sealed corner seams and a structured base. Popular in specialty coffee and premium tea, flat bottom bag filling gives a product a box-like shelf presence that reads distinctly from a standard doypack and photographs well for e-commerce.
Tin cans
Tin cans offer a rigid, premium alternative to flexible pouches. The lid is mechanically seamed shut for a fully airtight seal, or we can pack your product in a sealed gusset bag and screw the lid on top. This makes tins well-suited to high-value products where shelf life and packaging perception both matter: specialty coffee, matcha, loose leaf tea, and supplement powders in particular. We regularly combine tin filling with nitrogen flushing for maximum freshness.
