Why tea needs careful packaging
Like many other foods, tea is sensitive to light, oxygen, heat, humidity and strong smells. This is why it needs to be packed into foil barrier pouches with a resealable zipper. The barrier keeps moisture, oxygen, and light out, which is what preserves the leaf's aroma and flavour. Loose leaf tea also behaves differently depending on cut and grade. A whole-leaf oolong flows differently than a fine-cut or fannings-grade tea. We adjust fill parameters by grade and dose accurately regardless of particle size.

Send us your bulk tea and your packaging. We check the tea on arrival, fill and seal to your spec, batch-code or label if you need it, and return the finished units to your warehouse, your stores, or your customers, tracking included. Most runs are done in days.
Because you supply both the tea and the packaging, you keep full control of the blend, the origin, and the margin. We stay focused on the filling.
