Do you already have great matcha? We turn it into retail-ready pouches, tins, or single-serve sticks that will blow your customers away.

That makes us a clean fit if you have been searching for where to package matcha powder, or who can package my matcha without signing up for a supplier's house blend. Contract packaging for matcha powder almost always comes bundled with the powder itself. Ours does not. You keep your grade, your brand, and your margin.

Why matcha is different

Matcha co-packing is really freshness work

Once tencha is stone-milled into matcha, the surface area of the leaf multiplies, and that fine powder starts reacting with everything around it. A matcha that was vivid and sweet on milling day can turn dull within weeks if it is packed carelessly.

Oxygen

Oxygen dulls the green and flattens the aroma.

Light

Light fades the colour.

Moisture

Moisture clumps it and shortens its life.

So we fill into your oxygen-barrier, foil-lined stand-up pouches with resealable zippers, and we can nitrogen flush each pack to push the oxygen out before sealing. Airtight matcha packaging is not an upsell here, it is the baseline, because anything less wastes the quality you already paid for at source.

Formats we fill

Retail pouches, tins, and single-serve sticks

Most matcha sells at 30 to 100g for ceremonial and culinary grades, larger for catering. Pouches and tins run from 100 units; single-serve sticks are a larger-volume format.

Pouches & doypacks

We fill, seal and label matcha into your own foil-barrier pouches in a way that keeps it fresh and protects its quality. We are well aware that matcha is a delicate product that doesn't handle light, heat, and oxygen very well.

Tins

Matcha tin filling gives premium matcha a different shelf presence from a pouch, with the same protection when paired with the right liner.

Single-serve sticks & sachets

Matcha stick packs and sachets fit the on-the-go café and direct-to-consumer trend: one clean dose per stick. We run matcha sachet and matcha single-serve formats as larger production runs.

How it works

Bulk in, retail-ready out, in days

  1. 1

Send us your matcha & packaging

Ship us your bulk matcha and your printed packaging, and tell us the format and fill weight, for example 100g per pouch or 50g per tin.

  2. 2

We fill & seal to your spec

We check the matcha on arrival, dose it cleanly with accurate fills and minimal loss, seal it airtight, and batch-code or label if you need it. Most runs are done in days.

  3. 3

We return it ready to sell

Finished units go back to your warehouse, your stores, or your customers, tracking included. You keep full control of branding, grade, and cost.

100 units minimum

Low minimums, built for testing

Matcha brands rarely commit to one grade or one format on day one. Our matcha co-packing starts with small batch runs from 100 units, so you can put real product in front of customers before you scale. Test ceremonial against culinary, 30g against 50g, a pouch against a tin. No one is turning you away for ordering 200 packs. When something works and volume climbs, we grow the run with you.

Your-brand matcha tin, filled under organic certification

Certified organic

A certified organic matcha co-packer

Most companies that pack matcha are suppliers selling their own powder, and most contract packers handling dry goods are not certified to keep a client's product organic through the fill. We are. Doypacked is a certified organic (BIO) co-packer, so your organic matcha stays organic on its way through our line, with the separation, traceability, and documentation that hold up to your own certifier's audit.

You keep the organic claim on your label, backed by our certificate, which we share on request. For everything else, we run a food-safe operation under EU hygiene standards, with cleaning protocols that matter doubly for matcha.
